  • Explain the limitations of genome wide association studies as a tool to discover causal genetic variants for OAB
  • Explore in detail the evidence for currently identified risk genes for OAB and urgency incontinence
  • Outline the inflammatory processes in OAB
  • Define the different immunological findings of OAB to nonOAB individuals
